[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] -x option stopped importing all objects (#849)

What is _osm2pgsql_ position on this going forward?
Will there still be an option to import data in a way to be able to calculate objects per user?
It's fine if counting will not be possible, I just want to know if I should start looking for other solution for counting this particular metric.
