[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Process killed when allowing too much RAM/threads (#931)

osm2pgsql --version
osm2pgsql version 0.96.0 (64 bit id space)

Compiled using the following library versions:
Libosmium 2.15.1
Lua 5.2.4
```

I downloaded it using git clone git://github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql.git, so I'd say 
it's branch master, and that master's version is 0.96.

Anyway it seems to be working with --flat-nodes, it's been running all the night and is now inserting ways, thanks a lot!

It seems to be using only one thread though, but I guess that only some parts of the process are multithreaded?
