[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Osm2pgql failed to output expired tiles for “delete” operation when running in cron (#1268)

Ah, btw, I use id editor for editing, and the famous openstreetmap-website suite for updating the database.

I checked log, there isn't much intereseting but only one error saying "Lock_database" funciton not found.

As my script will run simutaneously with the updating edit database, I wonder if that error would make any difference ?
