[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] Improve provided example configuration. (#265)

[ǝɹʇʇɐʃǝ◖ xıʃǝɟ]

Use VirtualHost directives to encapsulate configuration better and avoid confusion. This also allows to run `renderd` and `tirex` on the same machine in parallel with `mod_tile`.
