Yes, I believe it was decided to no run `FreeBSD` jobs (or other longer running jobs for that matter) on every commit and rather only on commits to the default branch.

I have made [a minor change](https://github.com/hummeltech/mod_tile/commit/d1e2061996bb577f00fca2617111d06eede47f59) in a branch of my fork in order to enable it, here is a run you can take a look at:
