[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] Mapnik is now in FreeBSD's package repositories (PR #319)

I was wondering if it was worth re-enabling FreeBSD builds, but I see it still takes over 10 minutes to do the install of all the packages, while it takes 2-3 minutes for a ubuntu or debian build.
