[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] render_list multi threading is not working, it seems (Issue #405)

Thanks @pkthogit, I meant your `/etc/renderd.conf` file, not your Apache configuration.

Also, please try using the `--max-load` option with `render_list`, otherwise it will sleep when it reaches a load of the default value of `16` (your system should handle `40` without having to wait.)
