[Tilesathome] Problem with new osmxapi server

Hi,

While working out some of spaetz's lowzoom stuff with I found what
looks to be a bug in the osmxapi server. If you do this request:

http://www.informationfreeway.org/api/0.4/way[natural=*][bbox=-7.734375,57.952709,-4.921875,58.938769]

It appears to be missing a number of coastline segments, in particular, this is:

http://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.4/way/4012846
(approx bounding box -6.3599,58.2176 - -6.3204,58.2299)

As you can see the bounding box of the way falls squarely within the
requested bounding box...
