Hi!

I am CS student at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. I participate in a
sort of GNU/Linux User Group. We have managed to buy two computers with the
only purpose of being useful to the OSM project somehow.

We first thought about absorbing dev's load, but we might be more helpful by
doing something else.

We could hand some root accounts to a small set of contributors.

This is the HW available:

Computer1

AMD3800x2 Socket AM2
2x 1GB Kingston DDRII 667
2x SATAII 7200 rpm 320GB, 16MB cache HDDs
1x IDE 7200 80GB

Computer2

Dual p3 1Ghz
1GB pc133 RAM
4 SCSI 10k rpm hdds, 2x18Gb, 2x36GB

They have no OS installed yet, and we have a preference for ubuntu server
edition, but this is not mandatory.

Besides, we could be running the t at h client on two desktop machines (AMD 64
3000+) under the same LAN.

We have a pretty fast Internet link as well, with one public IP address.

All we are asking for is a more or less detailed list of what to do, and who
to talk with.

Thank you all for your contribution.
