(b.t.w. the 6 hour limit is a very long time to wait for a client which 
promised to render something and didn't - compared to average render time of  
10 minutes. someone is waiting for their map - give the request to some other 
client and get it done, don't rearrange the queue to treat 6 hour delays as 
"normal")
