The current problem is, that a tile can easily wait a few hours in the
upload queue until the server accepts it. During peak times this
approaches the 6 hours, i.e. on Wednesdays when the planet scripts are
run on dev, or when there is general high load. We basically have too
many render jobs and too many render clients for our current server
throughput.
