Basically it's on my TODO list:
* make the upload procedure try each zip as long as the upload fails
"soft" (i.e. queuecheck negative)
* make upload skip to next zip if upload fails "hard" i.e. error on
actual upload
* adapt the delay mechanism to encompass current queue fill to predict
waiting times instead of exponential backoff, or at least don't zip
back to 0 delay on success, but reduce delay down one or 2 notches.
