[Tilesathome] Information Freeway

Folks,
There's been a small change to Information Freeway that should be aware of,
if you use it.

The method of requesting a tile for re-rendering at zoom 12 has changed from
click to ctrl+click.

Previously, double-clicking (to zoom in) wasn't working at zoom level 12
because the first click was being intercepted by the re-render request event
handler.  Changing to ctrl+click fixes this.

FYI, if you don't already know, one of the neatest features of OpenLayers is
the ability to zoom in by using shift+drag.  If you know roughly where you
are trying to get to this is much quicker than double-clicking through all
the layers.   (Its so good that I find the absence of this feature quite
annoying now when I use Google maps).
