You are right, on inserting a blank tile we just have to check whether the "higher" blank info has the right type of blank (which it always should) and not insert anything.

I adapted my proposal on the wiki page, it is still very much work in progress though and I spot many flaws as i think about it. :-)

Still, I think it might be beneficial to not have a table with 72mio entries in it :-).
