Yes, bridges still need a bit of fine tuning at z16. I managed to
completely break them during the process of refactoring the styles. A
couple of more iterations should get them sorted out.

At any particular zoom level? I'll check what is there.
- Sandos on IRC says: "abutters in z14 are too big" (haven't seen myself)
This is actually intentional. The idea was to make them large enough to
fill residential areas rather than show thin grey stripes along the roads.
Actually this really just highlights the problem with rendering abutters -
some residential areas have a high density of roads, others have quite a low
density (big gardens). landuse=residential does a much better job and
provides a lot more control over what is shaded.
Perhaps we should stop rendering abutters altogether and only render
landuse. Anyone got strong opinions about this?
