[Tilesathome] osmxapi on it's knees?

Trying to run Z8 lowzooms and osmxapi seems to be pretty much kaput. 

Most requests time out with 'No data here' on the first download request. 

The occasional request manages to complete the 1,2 and 3 downloads before failing with 'No data here' on the  large 4 download. 

Every now and then, a request for a mostly empty tile completes.
