[Tilesathome] Render request issue?

I checked 1177/1535 and it is recorded as "active" that is the job has 
been given to a renderer. However, it is on it's second "retry" which 
means that the first attempt did not return a file. This could be due to 
  computers being shut down, clients failing to render the image or any 
number of reasons.

It is not listed in the recent requests queue, as it is already in the 
render queue and requests exist only once in the queue.
