[Tilesathome] Maplint now knows about tiger: tags

Maybe if we have an established statistics mechanism then you could
also add everything that is used, say, more than 100 times world-wide.
That would automatically take care of things like the TIGER import.

Do commit - Jochen is away until October. Just make sure you commit
in the maplint dir and only copy the resulting script over to
tiles at home (and don't modify that script directly). But I assume you
did that already.
