[Tilesathome] Osma5 stylesheet sanity checker

I just commited "sanitycheck.py" in the osmarender5 directory (sorry yet another programming languae...). It detects superfluous, duplicate or missing definitions of CSS classes and symbols. Run it on any stylesheet of your choice and see how bad they are (none is correct).

These would be easy fixes for people who want to get their hands dirty on osmarender styles but don't know where to start.
