[Tilesathome] Maplint now checks against map features

Hi

In r4549 the maplint test unknown-tags was replaced by not-in- 
map_features. It's an autogenerated test updated by not-in- 
map_features.pl, which fetches map features from the wiki and outputs  
maplint test xml.

Be extremely careful when running that script, and verify any changes  
it makes to the XML, as some weird wiki formatting can quite possibly  
make the perl script's regexes be very confused.
