[Tilesathome] Disabling old lowzoom?

Hi,

is there any consensus which lowzoom method should be used? I think
mixing both methods results in "ugly" maps. Even in areas which are
rendered with the new method, sometime "old style" tiles are rendered
by some users.

So, if everybody should use the "new lowzoom", wouldn't it be a good
idea to disable the "old lowzoom"?
