We're getting local drives -- probably about 2TB of space -- for tah
MySQL, tiles, and also for any other usage that we might need for OSM
stuff. I expect that running another xapi instance will fit into those
needs. (The disks are 15k SCSI drives, so I expect that 'fast' will be
a good description.)
