With what you told me in your other mails I've suspended work on using
OSMXAPI for regular tiles, and instead started to write an osm file
splitter, that will keep important info from around the tile intact
(like labels, encompassing areas (if known), etc.
Unfortunately it still encompasses rewriting the GenerateTileset
function, including all the preprocessing work.
