While this is entirely possible there's a reason why the client should
not render too far ahead of the server queue, one being that the request
will time out afer 2 hours (the first time, then it's longer), and since
the server queue is at 1:30 hours per tileset currently, you only have a
window of 30 minutes for rendering and uploading when the prio 1 and 2
request queues are almost empty. The second one is, that the whole point
of using *current* data for rendering is lost, when you render for a
queue that takes hours to process.

One thing you can do is set ForkForUpload=1 in your tilesAtHome.conf, so
your client will render the next tileset while uploading the last one.
This will only slow down your client when the server is really busy.

The second one is using "UploadToDirectory" to gather the zip files of
multiple clients in one location and run a central uploader from there,
with all the disadvantages of creating another delay queue. This is
definetly depreciated for only one client, as it is intended for better
upload bandwith control of a renderfarm with several hosts.
