[Tilesathome] Almost empty tile with insane inkscape memory requirements

But interesting is why such small svg file require so much memory to 
render on inkscape.
Is it connected with fact that there is multiple nodes on the same point.
Might be that more complicated tiles say 30M of svg file ,contains such 
structures and that is why they require a lot of memory . Just thoughts.
