[Tilesathome] Almost empty tile with insane inkscape memory requirements

It's probably because there is a node that's very, very far away,
and it seems inkscape uses memory to draw a bitmap spanning from
whereever that tile is to the coast of africa even though it's
specifically told what area to actually display (export)
