[Tilesathome] Problem under windows again

Good evening.

I have the problem again that the gui only download one tile.
First i saw that the path from perl and pngnq and inkscape are missed.

But now i think i see the problem. Take a look at this picture:

You can see, that i rendered the tile 5040 and uploaded it.
After this i ordered a new tile and want to save it as data-5040-1-1.osm 
and failed.
Now i get a new one again and i want to save it with this name, too.

Whats going on here? Is this maybe the problem why i can only render one 
tile and get idle after
this one?

I hope we can find together a solution for my problem.
