[Tilesathome] Requesting rendering of z8 tiles

At the bottom of the screen at www.informationfreeway.org it also states 
"At zoom 8: r=render.".
This was added some time ago so I assumed that this was a new feature. If
it is not, then please remove that part of the text as it is apparently wrong
and clearly confusing.
