Apropos: I notice in my "Current Active Requests list, the following:

x,y      zoom  Priority  Requested since  Last client activity  Layer
586,262  12-17    3      1 day, 20 hours  6 hours, 58 minutes   lowzoom

What is this request supposed to do? I didn't think lowzoom was relevant
to layers 12-17.
