[Tilesathome] Some bugs on Windows still there

Hello Spaetz,

there a some "features" left.
Don't know if these happen on Linux as well...

1)
Uploaded tiles...zip are still not suffixed
by _uploaded. So they get into in
the next upload queue again.

2)
Generating tiles (LocalSlippyMap) with
zoom level 15 and 12 produce different
results. Not only the background color
is different, you also get different
resolutions!!!

One month ago both worked!
