[Tilesathome] 'stable' t at h version

I have been wanting to do this for quite some time. Now I have done it.

    Create a new unstable branch of t at h client in which development can take place. Consider
    http://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/rendering/tilesAtHome the stable branch now
 
    applications/rendering/tilesAtHome_unstable is where development will take place and when it is ready it will be merged over into the stable branch.

Hope this helps to reduce the nuisance that the ongoing development causes.
