I don't have 7zip installed but this is how it would get called here:

"zip" a -tzip /home/spaetz/src/tilesAtHome_unstable/tmp/uploadable/_32327_5247_tile_tileset.zip /home/spaetz/src/tilesAtHome_unstable/tmp/tile_12_0_0.dir/*.png

Could you verify that such a call would indeed zip up all the files?
