[Tilesathome] Mini_roundabouts rendering

I think it makes sense. It's a bit strange that mini_roundabout has
nice icon at z15  while regular roundabout is just a strangly shaped
spot.

Speaking of that it would be nice to have some kind map simplification
in osmarender. For example regular roundabout will be replaced by
roundabout symbol at zoom z15 to z13. Or dual carridge way by a single
way at z15.
