[Tilesathome] Requests handed out multiple times

Right now, two of my clients have been given the same tileset for rendering:

http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/tile/12/3768/2458/

Neither the tile details page nor my user page http://tah.openstreetmap.org/User/show/byid/28/ show this tileset.

My third client currently renders http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/tile/12/2156/1365/, which isn't shown as being rendered by me either.

Something very strange is going on here...
