[Tilesathome] 48 bit color depth in lowest zoom level

Hi,

I'm wondering why the lower zoom levels seem to be 48bit now.
(file says PNG image, 256 x 256, 16-bit/color RGB, non-interlaced)
I don' think that it gives any benefits for looking
at the tiles. 24bit should also be enough.
