[Tilesathome] oceantiles updates on tiles server

It is downloaded daily. However the new files might only come into
effect when apache reloads itself which depends on the number of tile
requests. So I am not sure how often it effectively reloads. If you
notice a lag, say, bigger than 3 days or so, let me know.
