What "server" do you mean?
And can you say something about the "propagation delay" on the clients? 
As far as I can see the oceantiles.dat on the clients is only updated if 
the client is restarted or if an automatic client update is done (e.g. 
if tilesGen.pl is changed). Is this correct or am I wrong here?
