[Tilesathome] coastlines draw show diffs

ok hear a new diff produced from the new compare script

red = missing mixed tiles == coastlines
orange = bad mixed tiles in oceantiles

i have follow questiens and problems

1.
on ~ tileset 4095,951 - 4095,1062
we have a closed coastline? this is not a coast this is the land from the other 
side and have not a coast?
is this a data bug or a bug fix from a problem?

can any this please validate and fixen?

2.
is tag:natural=water a mixed tile or is this only a mass bug and real a land tile?

my diff show water not as coastline



ok to all please validate and check my diff and say wen u find any bugs ;)

i start in the next days a big import so i find not more bugs
