[Tilesathome] coastlines draw show diffs

I'd guess has been done to close the polygon on that side of the world (i.e.
+180) or because the data imported had it closed there due to being unable
to cope with going from +180 to -180... I'm not sure how OSM tools cope with
it... I'd say it should be removed, but, with the caveat that tools need to
be able to cope with ways that pass across the meridian... FYI, there is an
equivalent coastline at -180 too closing the polygon on that side... To me
this suggests that as it stands, the tools probably can't cope with this...

natural=water should be a land tile... however... some natural=water tiles
were originally coastline tiles from imports and have been changed to
natural=water without the tiles necessarily having been changed... Also...
for large bodies of natural=water there is no way for tiles within the body
not containing a natural=water way, i.e. those in the middle, to be known to
be water without using oceantiles, as such, they would be marked in
oceantiles as water tiles, that could lead people to mark those around the
coast of the body of water as mixed, but, this at least not needed if not
indeed bad...
