[Tilesathome] New client version "Poynton"

Hi

There have been a good deal of bugfixing in osmarender lately, a few
that I remember off the top of my head is:
* Tunnel end-marker being placed wrong
* Cycleways/footpaths etc having weird beziercurving
* Motorway junctions at z16

Also new since the Oslo version is my algorithm for finding a good
center-point on an area, which up to now have been used mostly for
sport icons.

And I just commited r6939 where parking areas get icons if access is
either not specified, or is set to yes or public.

All in all it's been much change since Oslo, so we now have a new
version to make sure everything is rendered with a reasonably updated
stylesheet.

Oslo uploads are allowed for now, I suggest we close that down in a
week or so?
