[Tilesathome] Upload bandwidth limiting

Hi Matthias,

Do you know the wondershaper?

It is included in many distributions and very easy to set up. I am using
Ubunutu, it worked perfect for my filesharing app, presumably the same
problem (upload queue slows down everything).
