[Tilesathome] subterran waterways and living_streets

Hello (first post to this list),
I've got two issues with the current version of Tiles at Home/Osmarender:

1. Subterran waterways are still not rendered (I mentioned this some
time ago on the wiki but never got a response).
What I mean is that waterway=river and waterway=stream with tunnel=yes
should be rendered as dashed line (and maybe thinner).

2. highway=living_street is on the Map_Features-page since about a week
and I changed some residentials to living_streets which are not rendered
anymore. They could be rendered exactly as residentials or with dashed
casing, whatever the list preferes.

I actually *could* do this my same, though I never really tried it but
since I'll write some test at my university the next two weeks it would
be quite nice if these (easy I think) changes could be commited by s.o.
with experience at this topic.

In general: What is the best way to propose modifications to the
rendering-style of TaH? The wiki seems to be bad since no one seems to
read it. Shall we just post to this list or make patches ourselves and
send them so s.o.?
