[Tilesathome] rendering problems?

Hi all,
i suppose some problems occurs when the clients try to render at lowres 
the tiles
137,93
137,94
138,94

at levels 8-11 no highway is present but from level 12 on, the missing 
ways are correctly rendered..

we have triend many times to request lowzoom rendering but nothing happens

Another problem is near Venice:

tiles
2188,1465
2187,1466
2187,1467

are mixed and I tagged them many times as mixed but something wrong 
happens...
the coastline should be ok.. :)
