What action triggers the stitching? The upload of a z12 layer tileset?

If so, do you calculate the lowzooms for levels 6-11 or the ones for 0-5 too?

Can I still upload lowzoom tilesets for 6-11? There seperate lowzoom
stylesheets look a little bit better.
