It's in SVN now.

Manual executing of a python script :-). I plan to go through the new
z12 tiles daily and call an update for those that have changed. But
that's fine tuning...

Yep, 0-5 too.

So far yes, we'll have to work that out once things are settled down a
bit. So far I am still looking at the core infrastructure.
