[Tilesathome] List of recent t at h uploads is back

Just FYI. Due to popular request, the list of the 30 most recent uploaded requests is back on
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Request/show/uploads/

As an added feature it will show you when the request was initially done, which will give you a good idea of the current latency of a request.
