[Tilesathome] disabling rendering maplint layer

Hi,
I keep having problems rendering the maplint layer both from inkscape
crashing and xmlstarlet running out of memory and stalling. So how do
I disable it?

I've tried editing layers.conf and setting

Layers = captionless,tile
LayersCapability = captionless,default,lowzoom

But when I do that it looks like it is only going to do the
captionless and tile layers

- Configured Layer: captionless
- Configured Layer: tile

But then once it gets the request it goes ahead and does the maplint area anyway

- Using http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Request/take/ for Requests
This is version 9258 (Quickborn) of tilesgen running on linux

crash/hang
