Our main goal is currently maintaining some sort of service.

We need responsible and capable users, not just anyone. Quality instead 
of quantity if you will.

I don't mean that any Ubuntu user is not "knowledgeable" enough to be a 
member, just that recruitment is on one of the last places of our to-do 
list.
