Noone but Florian Flohoff has ever installed ROMA, so he would be the
one to help out there. Quiky (the tah server owner) has tried to install
but so far did not manage to patch and compile osmosis AFAIK.

Would be cool to have one more instance. deelkar estimated 3-4 well
working ROMAs and we could skip the regular API completely in most cases.
