The changes I made around the Inkscape call here didn't help. In
fact they made it worse as I then got:

Argument "82,285331" isn't numeric in addition (+) at orp/orp.pl
line 334.
Argument "82,297121" isn't numeric in addition (+) at orp/orp.pl
line 334.
Argument "-79,541016" isn't numeric in subtraction (-) at orp/orp.pl
line 336.
Argument "-79,453125" isn't numeric in subtraction (-) at orp/orp.pl
line 336.
So leaving the locale as German after the inkscape call seems to be
important for orp.
